In this hall all 9th Division members will proudly display their Zanpakutou for all to see. Once posted the Zanpakutous will be reviewed, and if all requirements are met, they will then be accepted. All accepted Zanpakutou wielders will then gain the right to a training session with Raine-Taichou to achieve their Shikai, enabling them to use their mentioned abilities in official battles.

Shikai Active Abilities: Attacks that require commands (Will allow 2)
Skikai Shielding Ability: A defensive ability your Zanpakutou possesses (If you don't want/need one you will be allowed 3 active attacks)

Follow the guidelines and everything should be fine ^^ Just bear in mind not to create a weapon that is TOO powerful as we are thoroughly opposed to GOD-MODING. Other than that go nuts! Let your creativity know no bounds!
